Junior Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking a full-time junior receptionist to provide excellent customer service to clients and support to our Property Management and Sales departments.  

This role will involve managing phone calls, answering basic queries, greeting clients, maintaining social media accounts, general office administrative tasks and providing general support to the Sales and Property Management departments. 

With no real estate experience required this role is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door of the Real Estate industry, learning as you go. 

The successful applicant will:

  • show effective time management skills
  • be a quick learner
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have the ability to take direction
  • be proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • have a positive “can do” attitude

Personal car and current driver’s licence are essential and, customer service experience is preferred.
