Property Manager

  • Current Property Management License (essential)
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle
  • The desire to meet clients and customers’ needs
  • Great attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with AgentBox & PropertyTree (preferred but not essential
  • Adelaide Hills knowledge preferred


Your duties would include but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain working relationships with clients
  • Arrears management & control
  • Managing maintenance & liaising with Tradespeople
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Document preparation
  • Lease management
  • Growth management, undertaking appraisals
  • Attending SACAT when required
  • Social Media marketing content

We would prefer someone with minimum 12 months experience but on the job training will be provided.
